EXCHANGE/RETURNS

Please follow this steps to exchange or return the goods.

1. Please download the following form for ---return and exchange (PDF)---, here, you will find all the information about the exchange and return of your goods.

2. Send the goods in original packaging together with the completed form to the following address: Zuzana Valla EXPANDECO - Shooos.co.uk, 63B Hardinge Road, Ashford, Kent, TN24 8HB, United Kingdom

3. Return address for goods for all EU countries is in Germany. Please note the cost of return shipping is at your own expense.

4. The goods must be unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging! Do not put any labels directly on shoe boxes. Both the returned item AND the packaging has to be in un-used as new condition. Please use other wrapping. If the item has been used you will not get a refund and if the shoe box is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 20% of the value of the merchandise or 30 EURO.

5. After receiving and checking the goods, we will send you your exchange order We do not charge extra shipping for exchange orders.

6. In case of return we will send full refund, also with shipping cost in case we charged you shipping.
