The original Mountain Jacket became an icon for good reason. Developed in 1985 to give climbers the same protection from extreme conditions as skiers, it has warmed the backs of some of our greatest mountain athletes on expeditions all over the world. This contemporary version - the 1990 Seasonal Mountain Jacket - is a celebration of the 90s update, which added slanting ‘alpine climbing’ pockets. It has a few tweaks like contrast details and a durable windproof and water-resistant fabric, but otherwise we’ve stayed true to its original style and spirit. It has elasticated cuffs and hem, and an adjustable hood.
